A consultation and/or medical clearance may be required prior to receiving treatment. No guarantees are made regarding results.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment unless otherwise approved with appropriate consent.

4. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. A valid form of payment may be required to secure your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or medical reasons.

5. Good Faith Exam (California Requirement)

In accordance with California law, new clients are required to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with a licensed medical provider prior to receiving treatment.

This may be conducted via telehealth and is valid for a limited period as determined by applicable regulations.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

We accept various forms of payment through secure third-party processors.

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in a $100 cancellation/no-show fee.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a fee.

8. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Prepaid treatments, packages, and promotions are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of the business.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes of any treatment or service.

10. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional messages.

You may opt out at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

All Things Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes when clients fail to disclose complete medical history or do not follow aftercare instructions.
